Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and consultants:

48+ Hours Notice

Full refund or complimentary rescheduling available

24-48 Hours Notice

50% refund or credit toward future session

Less Than 24 Hours

Session fee retained, rescheduling subject to availability

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund based on our policy:

  2. Provide your booking reference and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Multi-Session Packages

For clients who have purchased multi-session packages:

  • Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of package purchase
  • After 30 days, unused sessions may be transferred to another individual or donated
  • Completed sessions are non-refundable but satisfaction concerns will be addressed

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise:

  • Medical emergencies or serious illness
  • Family emergencies requiring immediate attention
  • Unforeseen events beyond your control

In such cases, please contact us directly. We will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution, which may include full rescheduling or refund consideration.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions and delivered services
  • Digital materials and resources already accessed or downloaded
  • Custom assessments and reports already prepared
  • Sessions where client failed to attend without prior notice

Service Modifications

Rather than requesting a refund, clients may prefer to:

  • Adjust their service package to better suit their needs
  • Change session format from in-person to virtual or vice versa
  • Transfer sessions to a colleague or team member
  • Extend the timeline for completing their package

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services or a refund decision:
